Use consistent UTM parameters for campaign links. Capture them with the lead, along with the landing page, first page, referrer, and conversion type. Keep naming rules simple so reports do not split the same source into five spellings.

- Landing page
- Call, form, booking, email, or purchase
- Lead qualification
- Quote or sales stage
- Closed revenue when available
The goal is not perfect attribution. It is enough reliable information to stop funding channels that produce noise and invest more in sources that create qualified opportunity.
